We understand that life can be unpredictable and that sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure fairness and allow availability for other clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment as well as missed appointments (no-shows) will incur a 100% consultation fee, which will be charged to the payment method on file or invoiced accordingly.
