Ciara is a degree-qualified naturopath who is passionate about creating a safe space for women to feel seen, heard, and validated. After personally struggling with post-pill PCOS, dealing with irregular cycles and severe acne for years, she discovered the importance of returning to the foundations of health and honouring what the body truly needs to heal.
This experience shaped her into an empathetic practitioner, with a deep understanding of how overwhelming it can feel when your body is out of balance.
She is devoted to educating and supporting women with a wide range of hormonal, reproductive, nervous system, and digestive conditions.
More recently, Ciara has developed a special interest in the vaginal microbiome and supporting vaginal and urinary conditions with evidence-based treatments. She is currently undertaking further specialised training in this field. She hopes to help destigmatise and open the conversation around common conditions like thrush, bacterial vaginosis, and UTIs, and to help clients address contributing factors to find effective, long-term solutions.
In clinical practice, Ciara takes a holistic, heart-centred approach to help you feel truly at home in your body and gently guide you back to the most grounded version of yourself.
